It has been assessed under the tough BREEAM for Offices standard; a scheme which seeks to minimise the adverse effects of new buildings on the environment whilst promoting healthy indoor conditions for the occupants. An overall rating of the building’s performance is given using the terms Pass, Good, Very Good or Excellent. Stephenson House has achieved a rating of Excellent.
